How do I add a new student?
Navigate to the People section, click "New Person", fill in the student's contact information, and save. You can then enroll them in programs from their profile.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Settings and use the "Export Data" feature to download all your programs, students, and follow-ups as CSV files.
How do follow-up reminders work?
Follow-ups are manual reminders you create for specific students. They appear in your Follow-ups list and help you remember to check in with students at important times.
What's the difference between Draft and Active programs?
Draft programs are in planning mode and can't have enrollments. Active programs are currently running and can accept student enrollments. Completed programs are archived.
